Origin

The 21.5-are plots are located to the north of the village in a slight hollow under the Chaumées and Vergers slopes, extending from the combe of Saint-Aubin.

Soil

The soils are flat, fairly deep, and very clayey, in a rather cool area with no excess humidity.

Average age: 35 years

Tasting Notes

The wine is aromatic, rich, and quite flattering, more floral than fruity. It has mineral notes of gunflint and orange blossom, is very tender on the palate, with finesse and great harmony.
