We take pride in producing high-quality wines, the result of meticulous traditional winemaking and careful attention to every detail of the process. Our cuvées reflect the authentic expression of the terroir and the vintage, capturing the richness and complexity characteristic of Chassagne-Montrachet wines.
The wines are aged in oak barrels (1/3 of which are new) for 11 months. It is during this period that the aromas develop, especially through malolactic fermentation, which brings all the complexity and finesse of a great wine. The cuvées are then left to rest for 2 months in tanks, where they may be optionally fined and lightly filtered to achieve perfect purity. Our wines are finally bottled under nitrogen protection, ensuring they are served to you with the highest guarantees.
